Arezoo Bagh Sheikhi was born in 1990 in Kashan. She is a visual artist working in the fields of video art, painting, and illustration. She received her bachelor's degree in painting from Yazd University and her master's degree in illustration from Tehran University of Arts. She uses the decorative capacities of Iranian art along with recognising the form and using it freshly. In her works, she uses original Iranian arts such as painting, patterns used in carpets, tiles, and, in general, indigenous artistic elements. Among her most important concerns are environmental crises and gender inequalities. She has participated in four solo exhibitions in France, Tehran, and Yazd and also in more than sixty domestic and foreign group exhibitions in countries such as Iran, Italy, Spain, France, China, India, Serbia, Hungary, Poland, and Germany. She has also won positions in several domestic and foreign festivals. Among her study opportunities, we can mention the cite des arts residency in France in 2017 and Horshid residency in Isfahan 1400.
